Domestic Shipping

All U.S. orders over $500 qualify for free standard shipping and require a signature upon receipt. Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours of receipt. We will contact you via email if there are any issues with your orders. 

Once the package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are no longer liable. We cannot refund or replace any possible lost, misplaced, or stolen packages.

Orders can be delivered to PO Boxes only by USPS. Sorry, we cannot deliver to AFO/PFO at this time.

Orders placed Monday – Friday before 3 PM PST will be processed that day and ship within one to two business days. Orders placed on Friday after 3 PM PST or over the weekend will be processed on the following week. There is an exception for alterations such as restringing, adding on chain extenders, etc. It may take 3-5 business days depending on the size of the order and the amount of labor that will go in to each piece with alterations. 

International Shipping

All international orders will be subject to shipping charges, taxes, customs, duties, and fees based upon the destination country and the item(s) ordered. The recipient of the shipment is the importer on record in the destination country and is responsible for all import fees. Applicable duties, taxes and fees will not be collected at the time of checkout. There may be additional fees due upon delivery by your local post office. All other orders will be shipped fully insured.

In placing an order, you authorize brittanymyra to designate a carrier to ship to you for international orders (outside of US). 

If you refuse a shipment from brittanymyra, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to brittanymyra. Brittanymyra.com does not process orders on weekends or holidays observed by the company. Brittanymyra.com will be closed on the following holidays:

Please Note: All international orders are final sale. All custom orders and special orders placed on brittanymyra.com are final sale. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 24 hours of receipt.
