I am so elated you have chosen to shop with me! I make every necklace and bracelet with my own two hands, built from years of skill, practice, patience, and heart. I make my handknotted candy necklaces very different than others you may have seen, my expert pearl knotting teacher called it the 'right' way vs the 'easy' way, which is why my necklaces and bracelets have a different look and feel, and last for years. That said, I want you to be absolutely giddy with joy when you receive your package from Brittany Myra. I understand a necklace may be too short or too long for your taste, may not match your skin tone, or maybe you thought you placed an order on a different type of stone!
Warranty: We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our handcrafted necklaces. All of our necklaces come with a 30 day warranty that covers any defects in materials or workmanship. If you find any defects within 30 days of your purchase, we will repair or replace the necklace at no charge to you.
Exchange Policy: We want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted necklace, and we understand purchasing jewelry is completely personal. Please ask any questions you have prior to placing an order. Due to the natural characteristics of silk and gemstones, we cannot exchange pieces or return pieces, worn or unworn. Please email hello@brittanymyra.com with any questions.
Custom Orders: Custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a defect in materials or workmanship. If there is a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace the necklace at no charge to you.
This is a one woman shop, with each piece handcrafted with hours of skill, patience, and meticulous attention to detail. For these reasons we cannot offer any type of refunds at this time.
Please note, all purchases made using a discount code or with a discount applied are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
In the event an item was sent back to Brittany Myra due to refusal of package or not picking up the package at the post office you may get store credit, only if the package is in original, undamaged, unopened condition. Absolutely no refunds will be given. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
PLEASE NOTE: INTERNATIONAL orders are not eligible for return or exchange at this time.
Special ordered and customized items may not be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
You may have import fees in your country that are part of the customers responsibility to pay.
Items purchased from a sale capsule are final and may not be returned.
